We work closely with promoters, councils, corporate clients and touring teams to deliver clear, reliable outcomes in complex live settings.

PLANNING
We start by understanding the event, venue and objectives. Site conditions, access, power, noise and scheduling are reviewed early to ensure the technical solution is practical and appropriate. WH&S considerations are addressed from the outset.
DESIGN
Audio, lighting, vision, staging and power are designed as a single, integrated system. We develop conceptual lighting imagery where required and can supply staging and lighting plots, along with detailed power plans. Coverage, sightlines, safety and redundancy are considered throughout the design process.
PREPARATION
All equipment is prepared and tested prior to arrival. Site-specific SWMS are developed where required, supported by clear documentation and load-in plans to ensure safe and efficient coordination with venues, promoters and other suppliers.
DELIVERY
Our team delivers calm, professional execution on site. Structured load-ins, experienced operators and clear communication ensure events run smoothly, safely and on schedule.
LOAD OUT
Load-out is completed efficiently and with care for the site. We remain available for post-event support and future planning.
